TI-data - Predictive Maintenance

TI-data is an integrator committed to optimizing asset and maintenance management in the upstream energy sector through the use of technology and data analysis. TI-data specializes in designing, developing, provisioning and managing remote Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) solutions for the offshore contract driller and operator, thus improving overall maintenance management and reducing assets’ cost of ownership.

A Comprehensive Managed Service
Unlike calendar-based or usage-based maintenance programs, CBM prioritizes and schedules maintenance based on the actual condition of the equipment in its operating environment. CBM maximizes the interval between scheduled maintenance services according to the equipment’s condition, not to an inefficient timetable. At the same time, it provides early warning of equipment deterioration before failure to avoid downtime and collateral damage.

The goals of CBM are to improve reliability, eliminate unplanned equipment failures, reduce maintenance costs, improve performance and extend the life of the assets. Our goal is to help the offshore driller operate and maintain their machinery efficiently, effectively and safely.

TI-data is vendor neutral and strives to deliver “best of breed” with all elements of the service. The TI-data system complements existing infrastructures and integrates with existing client systems, maintenance procedures and/or enterprise applications.
